Terms and conditions
Version of 12 October 2026. These terms and conditions apply to every order placed on be-loud.eu. Please read them before you order; by placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept them.
1. Who sells and who issues the invoice
be-loud.eu is operated by:
MT SOFTWARE CONSULTING SRL

Products from our own stock. For every product currently sold on be-loud.eu the seller is MT SOFTWARE CONSULTING SRL: it concludes the contract with you, collects the price, issues the invoice in your name and is responsible for delivery, returns and the legal guarantee of conformity. In this capacity we act as the merchant.
Products sold by partners (online marketplace). The platform can also host offers of partner sellers. For a product offered by a partner, the seller is the partner: the partner concludes the contract with you, issues the invoice and is responsible for the product, delivery, returns and guarantee, while MT SOFTWARE CONSULTING SRL acts as the operator of the online marketplace (intermediary) — it hosts the offer, takes the order and collects the payment on the partner's behalf. The seller's name is shown on the product page, in the cart and in the order confirmation. Unless another seller is named, the seller is MT SOFTWARE CONSULTING SRL.
Before you order, the product page and the checkout tell you who the seller is (name, registered office, contact details and trade register number) and that the partner is a trader, so the consumer rights of EU law (withdrawal, legal guarantee) apply to your contract with it. Delivery, the invoice, returns and the legal guarantee are the partner's responsibility, as stated on the product page; you can return goods and make claims through your be-loud.eu account or the withdrawal form, and we pass them on to the partner. Payment is collected by MT SOFTWARE CONSULTING SRL on the partner's behalf, so paying us discharges your obligation to the partner. How we rank offers is described in How we rank and recommend.
The seller named at checkout
The seller named for each product at checkout and in the order confirmation is the party you contract with. We may supply an item from our own stock instead of the partner named at checkout only if we tell you before dispatch, and the seller named on the invoice is the one that issues it.
2. Definitions
- Buyer / you — the natural or legal person placing an order on the site.
- Consumer — a buyer who is a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business or profession.
- Order — the request sent through the site to buy the products in the cart on the terms shown at checkout.
- Contract — the distance sales contract concluded between you and the seller for the products of the order.
3. Customer account
You can buy without creating an account. With your first order we create an account linked to the e-mail address you used, so that you can follow the order, download documents and exercise your return rights. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time in the "My data (GDPR)" section of your account or by e-mail.
4. Placing an order and conclusion of the contract
- You add products to the cart, choose the delivery country, address and delivery method, then the payment method.
- Before sending the order you see its summary: the products, the total price including VAT, the delivery cost and any extra charges. You can correct any detail before you press the order button.
- Pressing the order button places an order with an obligation to pay.
- We immediately send you an e-mail registering the order. It confirms that we received the order, not that we accepted it.
- The contract is concluded when we confirm the dispatch of the products (dispatch e-mail). Until then we may decline or cancel the order in the cases listed in the Order cancellation policy; any amount paid is refunded in full.
The contract is concluded in Romanian or in the language in which you used the site; these terms remain available on this page and the order details in your account.
5. Prices
Prices are shown in the currency of the chosen delivery country and include the VAT applicable in that country. The delivery cost and any extra charges (the handling and packing fee, the cash-on-delivery fee) are shown separately before you place the order. For business customers with a valid VAT number in another member state (checked in the VIES system), the intra-community supply is invoiced without VAT, marked "reverse charge".
The applicable price is the one shown when the order is placed. If a price is obviously wrong (for example because of a technical error) we contact you before dispatch; you can accept the correct price or cancel the order at no cost.
Price reductions and the previous price
When a reduced price is shown next to a previous price, the previous price is the lowest price we applied to that product in the 30 days before the reduction began, and the page says so. For a product whose price history does not yet cover 30 days before the reduction, we show the reduced price only, without a previous price and without a percentage. In particular, no reduction is shown with a previous price during the first 30 days after the shop opened.
VAT and prices in the markets
The prices in the catalogue are set without VAT, in euro. The price shown to you is the price without VAT plus VAT at the standard rate in force in the European Union Member State in which the chosen delivery address is located, converted into the currency of the delivery country at the latest daily rate available and, where a price-display rule is set for that country, rounded according to that rule. We apply the standard rate of the delivery state; we do not apply reduced rates. The delivery cost carries the same rate. The rate and the currency change if you change the delivery country before placing the order; the final price is the one in the order summary.
Legal entities and resellers
You may also buy as a legal entity, with or without an account. If you enter a VAT number at checkout and the delivery address is in a Member State other than Romania, we check it in the VIES system for the delivery state; if it is valid, the order is invoiced without VAT, with the note "reverse charge", and the total in the order summary no longer contains VAT. In all other cases, including for legal entities in Romania, VAT applies as set out in the previous paragraph. The invoice is issued on the details you enter; you are responsible for their accuracy, including the VAT number.
Resellers (distributors, wholesalers, dealers) buy under an account approved by us and the framework agreement for resellers, which sets the category, prices, payment, guarantee and return procedure of their category.
6. Payment methods and payment security
- Card online (Visa, Mastercard) — card payments are processed by Stripe (NETOPIA Payments stays a payment partner where it is offered at checkout). You pay on the processor's secure page (3-D Secure); card details never reach us and are not stored by be-loud.eu.
- Bank transfer — after placing the order you receive the account details and the amount; the order is prepared once the amount is received.
- Cash on delivery — where offered, with the extra fee shown before you place the order.
The methods available depend on the delivery country and the order currency and are shown at checkout. If a card payment fails, the order stays in your account and you can pay it again. The invoice is issued by the seller and sent electronically.
Cash on delivery fee
Cash on delivery carries a fee. For delivery in Romania the fee is the cash-on-delivery fee of the courier you chose, as that courier charges us for collecting and handing over the cash, rounded up to 0.50 lei. It is shown for each delivery service in the delivery step and as a line of its own in the payment step, before you place the order, and is part of the total you confirm; it is calculated on the amount the courier collects from you (the goods after any voucher, the delivery cost and the handling and packing fee, VAT included, before the cash-on-delivery fee itself). For delivery to the other countries the fee is 1 % of the same amount, rounded to the smallest unit of the currency, the same for every cash-on-delivery order; example: if the courier collects 200.00, the fee is 2.00. The fee reflects the collection cost charged to us by the carriers for collecting and handing over the cash. No cash-on-delivery fee applies to any other payment method.
Handling and packing fee
A handling and packing fee of 1.00 EUR excluding VAT is added once to every order sent by courier (home delivery or a pick-up point, whatever the payment method), with VAT at the rate that applies to the order. It is charged per order, not per parcel or per seller, and is shown as a line of its own in the cart, the delivery step and the payment step, before you place the order. If you withdraw from the contract for the whole order, the fee is refunded with the other amounts you paid; if you return only some of the products, the fee stays with the order.
Gift cards and vouchers
Gift card. A gift card has a 16-digit code and a value in euro. You apply it to the order in the cart, and its value is deducted from the order total until the total is covered; you can apply several cards, which are used in the order in which they were applied. The remaining balance stays usable on later orders, up to the expiry date, if the card has one. If an order paid with a gift card is cancelled or refunded, the amount returns to the card's balance. The card cannot be exchanged for cash.
Voucher. A voucher has a code and gives a percentage discount, a fixed-value discount or free delivery, under the conditions shown in the cart (for example a minimum order value, certain categories, brands or products, a validity period, a number of uses). One voucher applies per order. A personalised offer on the cart becomes a voucher only when you press "Apply" (see How we rank and recommend).
7. Delivery and passing of risk
We deliver to the European Union countries listed in the country selector, by courier or to pick-up points / parcel lockers. Delivery times, costs and conditions are described in the Delivery policy. The risk of loss of or damage to the products passes to you when you, or a person named by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of them. Ownership passes to you when the price has been paid in full.
8. Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order free of charge until it is dispatched. The full rules are in the Order cancellation policy.
9. Right of withdrawal (14-day return)
As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products without giving a reason. You can do so online with the withdrawal form, without logging in. The conditions, exceptions and the model form are in the Returns and right of withdrawal policy.
10. Guarantee
Every product has the legal guarantee of conformity of 2 years from delivery (Romanian GEO 140/2021, Directive (EU) 2019/771). Some products also carry a commercial guarantee of the manufacturer, stated on the product page or in the guarantee certificate; it does not limit your legal rights. For a conformity claim write to contact@be-loud.eu or open a return request in your account with the reason "defective product".
Under the legal guarantee, if a product does not conform you may first ask for repair or replacement; if that is impossible, disproportionate or not done within a reasonable time and without major inconvenience, you may ask for a price reduction or end the contract and get a refund. A lack of conformity that becomes apparent within one year of delivery is presumed to have existed at delivery, unless proven otherwise. A notice on the legal guarantee is shown on every product page and at checkout.
Car audio products must be installed according to the manufacturer's instructions. Defects caused by incorrect installation, over-voltage, modifications or use outside the specifications are not a lack of conformity.
Commercial guarantee of durability
If the producer offers for a product a commercial guarantee of durability longer than 24 months, we show it on the product page and in the order confirmation with the harmonised Union label (Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1960), with the duration expressed in whole years. The producer's commercial guarantee does not replace the legal guarantee of conformity and does not restrict your legal rights. The harmonised notice on the legal guarantee of conformity is shown on every product page and at checkout.
11. Liability
We do our best to keep descriptions, images and specifications accurate; they come from manufacturers and distributors. Vehicle compatibility is indicative — check before installation. We are not liable for indirect damage caused by improper use of the products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
The virtual assistant
The assistant is an artificial intelligence system, not a person. It provides information about products, stock, prices, compatibility, delivery and bookings, which it takes from our systems at the moment of the question and which may change afterwards. The assistant's answers are information, not an offer, and do not bind the seller; the assistant cannot place an order and does not change prices. The contract is concluded only as set out in section 4, and the price and the mandatory conditions are those in the order summary. A contact or booking request sent through the assistant reaches our team only after your explicit confirmation and is not an order. Answers can contain mistakes; check important details on the product page and in the cart. Conversations are processed under the Privacy policy.
Workshop bookings
You may ask for a workshop booking by phone, WhatsApp, e-mail or through the virtual assistant. The request is not an order for products and binds neither party until we confirm it; the confirmation states the date, time and work. Before the work starts we give you the cost estimate, VAT included, calculated from the estimated time for the work and the workshop's hourly rate. Products that are fitted are sold under these terms. The workshop's address and hours are on the Service centre and installation page.
12. User content, reports and moderation
You may send us questions, reviews and messages to the assistant. They must be your own, truthful and lawful, and free of insults, discrimination, advertising, personal data of other people and anything you have no right to use. A review must be about a product you used or bought; we do not pay for reviews and do not ask for positive ones only. We may reject, remove or restrict content that breaks these rules or the law, and restrict an account that abuses the service. When we do, we send you a statement of reasons and you can contest the decision (see Digital services (DSA)). To report illegal content or a dangerous product use the report form; the points of contact for authorities and users are on the same page.
13. Intellectual property
The site's content (texts, own images, structure, the be-loud logo) belongs to the operator or its licensors. Product trademarks and images belong to their owners. Copying content for commercial purposes without written consent is prohibited.
14. Personal data and cookies
We process your data as described in the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy.
15. Complaints and dispute resolution
For any complaint write to contact@be-loud.eu; we answer within 2 business days and try to settle amicably. If we cannot reach a solution you may contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) or an alternative dispute resolution (ADR/SAL) entity — information at anpc.ro — the consumer authority of your country, or the competent courts.
If you live in another EU country you can also turn to the consumer authority of your country or to the European Consumer Centres Network, which helps with cross-border disputes. The European online dispute resolution (ODR) platform no longer exists: it was closed on 20 July 2025 (Regulation (EU) 2024/3228). Complaints about how we handled content or a report: Digital services (DSA).
16. Applicable law
The contract is governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you additionally keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence (Article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008).
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the version that applies to an order is the one in force when it was placed. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
